Using the marketplace
Basam Tutor helps learners and guardians discover tutors, communicate, arrange lessons and make payments through supported services. Tutors provide independent tutoring services and must keep their profiles, qualifications, prices, availability and lesson information accurate.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials, follow safeguarding and community standards, and avoid harassment, fraud, academic dishonesty, payment circumvention or misuse of another person's identity.
Bookings, payments and cancellations
The price, currency, fees, cancellation terms, refund eligibility and any free-first-lesson offer are shown before confirmation. Tutor earnings, platform charges, refunds, disputes, taxes and payout timing follow the terms displayed for the transaction.
Safety, moderation and suspension
Basam Tutor may verify tutors, moderate listings and content, restrict features, suspend accounts and cooperate with authorities when necessary to protect users and the marketplace. Support and appeal routes are provided where appropriate.
Consumer rights and changes
These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes are published with an updated effective date. Questions or concerns can be sent to support@basamtutor.com.
