Tutor Payout Policy

Eligibility
Only verified tutors with an approved payout destination, completed payable lessons, cleared funds and no active reserve or dispute may request payout.
Approval and security
Material withdrawals require the configured approvals and account-security checks. A requester cannot approve their own payout.
Timing, fees and currencies
Estimated processing time, provider fees, conversion and minimum amounts are shown before confirmation. Only activated payout methods can be selected.
Holds, returns and taxes
Basam Tutor may hold funds for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, sanctions or verification. Returned payouts are reconciled to the wallet. Tutors remain responsible for their tax obligations and accurate payout details.
