Age screening
Registration information is used to apply age-appropriate controls. A parent or legal guardian must manage or approve participation whenever the learner is not legally able to hold an independent account in their location.
Guardian-managed participation
Where required, a guardian provides verified contact details, approves the learner's account and relevant terms, manages permissions, and may receive booking, payment and safety notices.
Safe communication and lessons
Minor learners should use platform communication and supervised, appropriate lesson arrangements. Tutors must follow safeguarding rules, avoid private off-platform contact and report concerns.
Control and transition
Guardians may manage permissions, report concerns and request closure subject to required retention. When eligible, the learner receives a controlled transition to independent account management.
