Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on payment status, lesson delivery, the disclosed cancellation window, duplicate charges, provider failure, service non-delivery and applicable consumer law.
How to request
Submit a request from the booking or payment record with the reason and supporting information. Basam Tutor may pause settlement while the request is reviewed.
Decision and timing
Approved refunds return to the original method where supported. Provider processing times vary. Platform fees and tutor earnings are reversed through the ledger so records remain reconcilable.
Chargebacks
Contact support before filing a chargeback when possible. Chargebacks, fraud and disputes are handled under provider rules and applicable law without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
