Required service consent
Creating an account requires agreement to the Terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy. Users also authorize necessary account, security, verification, booking and service communications.
Optional choices
Marketing, research, testimonial use, profile promotion beyond a normal listing, recordings and optional cookies require separate choices. Refusal does not prevent access to unrelated core features.
Tutor and lesson permissions
Tutors must obtain permission before using learner work, images, audio, recordings or testimonials. Recording a lesson requires advance agreement from every participant and guardian approval where applicable.
Withdrawal and records
Optional consent may be withdrawn through settings or support. Basam Tutor records the consent version, choice, time and relevant guardian relationship.
