Learner cancellation
Learners must provide a reason. Refund or credit outcomes depend on notice given, tutor preparation, prior rescheduling and applicable consumer law.
Tutor cancellation and no-shows
Tutor cancellations or verified tutor no-shows normally qualify for rescheduling or refund. Repeated cancellations may affect listing eligibility.
Emergencies and disputes
Documented emergencies may receive case-by-case review. Platform records, attendance and communications support the decision and appeal process.
