Cancellation Policy

Before confirmation
The tutor's cancellation window, free-first-lesson terms, price and currency are displayed before booking confirmation.
Learner cancellation
Learners must provide a reason. Cancellation at least 24 hours before the booked start is refundable and restores eligible lesson-pack hours. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice is non-refundable and does not restore lesson-pack hours. Cancellation closes 10 minutes before the lesson starts.
Tutor cancellation and no-shows
Tutor cancellations restore eligible lesson-pack hours or refund the student's successful direct payment. Verified tutor no-shows qualify for support review, rescheduling or refund. Repeated cancellations may affect listing eligibility.
Emergencies and disputes
Documented emergencies may receive case-by-case review. Platform records, attendance and communications support the decision and appeal process.
